This 1.5kg CI cake is ordered by one of my dad's friend at IPRM. So, I just want to make it as simple but sweet. So, I put some fondant roses on top of the cake and also at the corners of it. Then, my mom wrote 'happy birthday' on the cake as what have been asked by her. Enjoy!
